Andrew Richardson
HG.Dip.P. GQHP MHGI
Based in South Woodford, East London (E18)
Specialist Areas: Anxieties including around professional performance, depressions, PTSD, obsessive behaviours including eating disorders, loss of self confidence, addictions, anger and needs for meaning and redirection. Also stress reduction and the alleviation of physical symptoms of stress (e.g. chronic pain, IBS).
Andrew brings a wealth of experience to his rapidly expanding private practice. He has had a successful and varied corporate career as a government, city and consulting economist.
He also teaches and runs workshops - both for professionals who wish to incorporate the Human Givens insights into their work and for those wishing to understand themselves better and so be more in control of their emotions.

Christine Pond
HG.Dip.P. MHGI RGN OHNC
Based in Shepperton, South West of London (TW17)
Specialist Areas: couples counselling, relationship issues, bereavement, anger,anxiety (including PTSD and panic attacks) and general life coaching
After qualifying as a Registered Nurse Christine travelled and work across America and Australia. On her return to England she qualified in Occupational Health working in a corporate environment advising and educating employees on physical and emotional health. She eventually moved into HR designing and running workshops on self development, helping managers with stress and work/life balance in an increasingly pressured work environment.
She finds Human Givens innovative and very effective. She worked as a counsellor for MIND in 2008 helping clients with a wide range of problems and currently works part time in palliative care.

Carole Nyman

Stuart Coulden

Stuart has many years experience working with disaffected adolescents. He has worked as a nurse, in education and with the Connexions Service as well as being involved in developing social policy. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Brief Psychotherapy, is a full member of the Human Givens Institute and a full member of the General Hypnotherapy Register. Stuart regularly delivers training and workshops to Education and social policy groups.

Sue Goodwin
HG.Dip.P. MHGI MA in Change Management
Based in Upper Norwood, South London (SE19)
Specialises Areas: Anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, raising self-esteem, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, self-harming, and life coaching.
Sue has an absolute belief that anyone can change their lives for the better and that some just need a little help finding the best route. She has successfully worked with clients suffering a number of difficulties, with an age range of ten to seventy years old.
Sue chaired Croydon's Domestic Violence Joint Planning Team for several years and has worked with domestic violence survivors, as well as with people currently in an abusive relationship. Sue also runs training courses on creative-problem solving, team-building, child protection, communication and building self-esteem.
She uses a number of change management and creative problem-solving tools and techniques in her therapy work, as well as coaching her clients in these useful skills.

Jane Smith
HG.Dip.P. MHGI
Based in Bedfordshire and Bucks, North West of London
Jane has a wealth of experience gleaned from over 30 years of working with patients/clients struggling with a range of mental, emotional and physical difficulties. She advocates a ‘wholehealth’ approach to therapy and underpins her wide knowledge with the organising ideas from the Human Givens.
Until recently Jane has worked as both a GP counsellor and Hospital Psychotherapist. She now divides her time and priorities between working as a private Human Givens Therapist, School Counsellor, ‘go to’ counsellor and therapist for a Care Co-Ordination NHS Service, curiosity about life, enjoying the natural world, horses, family and writing. But in no particular order.
Jane has a special interest in working with addictive thoughts and behaviours and psychological distress due to health conditions such as heart attack, operation, ME and illness. She has expert experience in resolving chronic, unresolved low mood, anxiety and panic and skills in the treatment of PTSD and trauma.
